Tarpon continued to swim strong in June with a couple Epic worm hatches and many big poon put in the air!
The giant Permit started showing up in good numbers and fed hard on the flats in June and continued into July.
Jay and Hatcher came down and put the smack down on a bunch of Bonefish as well as some quality backcountry Tarpon.
The Barnes family spent a week doing the Lower Keys mixed bag. Jeff and Jake each caught there first Permit. The boys and girls lost track on how many Tarpon we hooked under the bridge at night. Annette and Hannah hit some big Sharks on the flats. We spent some time in the big boat chasing Dolphin, Grouper, Snapper, as well and jumping in and spearfishing a few more for the box!
We did our share of "casting and blasting" offshore, when the Dolphin bite went slow we broke out the clay pigeons, shotgun and did a little blasting!
Aaron Day brought his family from England and we hit multiple different species throughout the backcountry and little Trinity outfished her dad reeling in snapper as he was hooking Tarpon lol.
Ended July with some quality Lobstering and beautiful weather!
